Lead prospecting and marketing strategies with New Business and Marketing teams for International Pix and Pix Roaming opportunities in the designated region.
Build and strengthen a strategic network of clients and partners in potential markets.
Manage pre-qualified inbound and outbound international leads.
Conduct remote and in-person meetings with prospects and partners to present PagBrasil’s solutions.
Plan and execute business trips to accelerate negotiations and build strong relationships.
Represent PagBrasil at industry events to promote International Pix/Pix Roaming.
Gain deep knowledge of key solutions’ technical and financial processes.
Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, legal guidelines, and corporate governance.
Stay updated on competitors’ solutions and strategies.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions aligned with company goals.
Oversee client onboarding and testing in collaboration with support and operations teams.
Track sales funnel progress, logging interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
Lead and contribute to strategic meetings, offering market insights and shaping the company’s roadmap.
Handle contract renegotiations, risk management, and crisis resolution for International Pix/Pix Roaming clients.
Manage the International Pix and Roaming sales funnel with a focus on retention and business co-development.
Create tailored proposals and high-value contracts while ensuring compliance.
Requisitos e qualificações
As Requirements, You Must Have:
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written);
Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written);
Advanced English (spoken and written);
Flexibility to travel frequently (commercial tour, events);
Inside sales, cold calling, and negotiation techniques;
Completed Higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, International Relations, or related areas;
Experience in B2B consultive sales;
Microsoft Office advanced knowledge;
Availability to live in Barcelona, Spain.

Principais Responsabilidades
Prospectar e visitar novos clientes potenciais para ampliar a base e gerar oportunidades de negócios;
Entender o processo produtivo do cliente e suas operações, a fim de ofertar soluções aderentes às suas necessidades;
Realizar apresentações técnicas e comerciais de produtos e soluções de abastecimento;
Elaborar propostas e cotações comerciais alinhadas à estratégia da empresa e aos requisitos do cliente;
Esclarecer dúvidas técnicas sobre os produtos, serviços e propostas apresentadas;
Manter relacionamento contínuo com contas estratégicas, reportando evolução e status;
Criar estratégias de prospecção para grandes contas, incluindo atuação em nível global quando necessário;
Atuar no pós-venda, monitorar a satisfação do cliente e propor melhorias e soluções comerciais;
Acompanhar a implantação de soluções logísticas;
Apoiar os clientes na prospecção de novos fornecedores, quando necessário;
Visitar clientes ativos e desenvolver oportunidades para manutenção e expansão da carteira;
Reativar clientes inativos com soluções personalizadas;
